I am a Post-doctoral researcher in the early stage of research into Core Machine Translation Engine project within the Integrated Language Technologies work package (ILT 1.9) at the Centre for Next Generation Localisation (CNGL) at Dublin City University. Our project within this framework focuses on patient-controlled assistive technology for patients of minority groups with limited English. My own work centres around the translation of and into sign languages for Deaf people.
